Just down the street from our office is the Barker House, one of Edenton’s most recognized old homes.  Built in 1782 for Thomas and Penelope Barker, the building is now open to the public for tours of the interior, and also houses a fanastic collection of local books for sale.  Volunteer staff are on site to answer questions about this and other points of interest in our beautiful town.

Monday - Saturday: 10 AM - 4 PM
Sunday: 1 - 4 PM
