Sarah is

native of the Edenton/Chowan County area, and could not have asked for
a better place to live with her husband of over 40 years, Milton, and
to raise their two sons. She has been
involved in real estate since 1985, and joined CENTURY 21 Top Sale
Realty in 1999.

Karen grew up
on the Outer
Banks of North Carolina and always loved going to work with her father
and grandfather, general contractors who built everything from
houses to hotels, schools and churches. In 1999, Karen began
her
career in real estate sales at the beach. Karen moved to
Edenton
in the summer of 2004, and had Waldo
build a
house for her and her husband in the fall of 2006. Before the
house was finished, Karen realized her true passion was in
construction, and has been working with Top Sale Construction ever
since. Karen also handles our company advertising and
websites.
